The Children’s Ministry program at St. Gabriel’s Anglican Church is a welcoming, safe and nurturing environment for all infants and children through 6th grade. Children will grow and deepen their spiritual walk with God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit through Christian education, fun activities and fellowship with each other and the whole church.

We provide a welcoming and safe environment through:

•A clean, safe nursery space for infants and small children, with age-appropriate toys and books

•A convenient cry room for parents who wish to keep their young children with them during services

•Developmentally appropriate educational materials

•Friendly teachers and staff, ready and willing to meet the needs of their students

We provide Christian education through:

•Age-appropriate Sunday School classes

•First Communion course for children ages 7

•Youth acolyte training for children ages 10 and 11

•“The Mary and Martha Girls” ministry

We create mission-minded individuals through:

•Local mission opportunities (Christmas caroling at local nursing homes)

•International mission opportunities (Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child)

Because we recognize that fun and fellowship create healthy children, we offer opportunities through:

•Monthly church potlucks

•Festivals

•Christmas Program
